Funding/payroll service Damian Services of Chicago provides us with complete funding and payroll services to include all office administration services
Client-Atlas contract/agreement Our business relationship with our clients are by use of an agreement or contract. Employee contracts can be developed on a case by case basis
Atlas Insured by RI Worker's Compensation: the Beacon Mutual Insurance Company. Mass. Worker's Compensation: The Travelers Insurance Company. Business Insurance: World Wide Facilities Insurance Co. of NY.
Employment Fees Contract/temp hire fees are negotiable based on volume
Pay rate determination Clients normally determine the employee's pay rate
No cost training hours Employees hired for 40 hours per week, for a period of at least 2 weeks, the first four hours will not be billed to the client. NOTE: if required.
Payroll services We offer complete payroll services. All you need to do is give us the hours for each employee and we do the rest. We offer direct deposit, delivery of checks to employee's workplace (client approval) and provide tie cards/sheets as required.
Client Invoicing Clients will receive their invoices weekly from Damian Services and we encourage invoices be paid in full upon receipt. Payment is made directly to Damian.
Fringe benefits Holiday pay and vacation pay: Not offered.
Health Care Insurance: Offered at employees expense (except Mass.) Offer to Mass. employees in accordance with state law.
Life Insurance: Not offered.
Sick Leave: Not offered.
Leave of Absence: Such absences are unpaid. No guarantee Position will be available upon employee's return.
Bereavement Leave: Employee will not be paid during this absence. This leave is offered for immediate family and excused from work up to 3 consecutive work days, not to exceed one day beyond the day of the funeral.
